About the job
As a Director of the Performance, Strategy, and Digitalization division at ETSD, you are responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the PSD division, with the objective of optimizing ETSD performance, preserving interests, and guiding development, through exceptional engagement, planning, analysis, execution, and monitoring, leveraging best-in-class resources and capabilities. Key functions of the PSD division include Governance, Risk & Compliance, Data & Information, Operational Excellence & Performance, Governance Risk & Compliance, Data & Information, Technology & Digitalization, Organizational and Stakeholder Management, Resources & Supply Chain, Brand & Communications, Innovation, General division management, task management, people and performance management, Division goals, plan budget, resource, and contracts management.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

  • Be responsible and take accountability for the division's functions, goals, plans, and others.
  • Establishment, monitoring, and tracking of divisional KPIs.
  • Providing business and strategic advice, information, and insights.
  • Liaising with key NEOM and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Developing and/or reviewing executive content, technical content, and overseeing digital transformation activities.
  • Collaborating with other senior leaders and departments to drive organizational success.
  • Providing mentorship training and guidance to peers.

Background, Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in consulting or leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in business and organizational management, portfolio and project management.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and ability to assess and mitigate operational risks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (MS Preferred), MBA from top-tier universities.
  • Relevant professional certification from a recognized professional institution, such as a professional Engineer or equivalent.
