Work Conditions: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Work on data science and analytics projects for clients, delivering data-driven insights and solutions to meet client objectives.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement machine learning models, algorithms, or analytical tools under the guidance of senior data scientists.
- Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings and model results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with client teams and internal consultants to understand project requirements and refine solution approaches.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of analytical results through proper testing, validation, and documentation of methodologies.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science and AI, and apply best practices and new techniques to project work.
Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning (including academic projects or internships).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights.
- Experience with building or contributing to predictive models, statistical analyses, or AI solutions in a project setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on projects in collaboration with client teams, demonstrating good teamwork and communication skills in a cross-cultural environment.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of managing time effectively to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
