About the Job:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product strategy and development efforts for one of noon Ads' core offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and data analysis to define product goals and priorities.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and translate them into actionable plans and prototypes.
- Drive the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with other product teams.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the noon Ads business team and tech, translating business needs into detailed product requirements.
- Write clear and detailed user stories and product requirements for business, design, and tech teams.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Strong understanding of ads business and products in an e-commerce setup.
- Excellent leadership potential with proven ability to mentor and support junior product managers.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively to diverse audiences.
- A data-driven and analytical thinker who can make informed decisions quickly.
- Passionate about hands-on product discovery and execution within an agile team.
- Ability to see the big picture while ensuring the right problems are addressed timely.
