ServiceNow Platform Engineer

The Platform Support Engineer (L3) is a seasoned subject matter expert dedicated to providing excellent customer service while applying technical knowledge to support key processes such as Request, Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management, along with custom applications that address enterprise-wide business processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform system administration, maintenance, and upgrades of the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the ServiceNow environment.
• Provide training and support to end-users and team members.
• Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
