About the Job:
OPSWAT, a global leader in IT, OT, and ICS critical infrastructure cybersecurity, is seeking a seasoned Solution Engineer to help build our business in Saudi Arabia. Your primary role will be to expand OPSWAT’s customer base by driving new business development activities and managing a value-added channel ecosystem. The Solution Engineer will facilitate the resolution of partner/customer issues and ensure that prospective customers and partners understand how OPSWAT solutions can meet their security requirements, while also improving the customer experience both pre-and post-sale.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing new business in a previously touched market and will be capable of conducting technical presentations for complex cybersecurity solutions. You will receive sales support from the sales and sales engineering team based in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

  • Present OPSWAT Solutions to technical and non-technical customers, from technical teams to CXO level.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to secure deals and grow OPSWAT’s regional business.
  • Use a hunter’s mentality to build a business plan identifying new customers and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to sell OPSWAT products, solutions, and services, exceeding sales quotas.
  • Communicate value propositions that address partners' and customers' needs and requirements.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication between the Product Management Team, Sales executives, and customers.
  • Attend and speak at marketing and networking events with the regional team.
  • Maintain comprehensive account and technical evaluation opportunity details in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales engineering experience or experience in a technical sales role with at least 1 year in security and/or enterprise software sales (preferably in cybersecurity).
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to sell complex technical solutions to enterprise customers and consistently meet revenue objectives.
  • Proven experience in IT/Cyber/Cloud technical sales and implementation, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Self-motivated with a winning attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Great communication skills and a team-player mentality.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/software engineering/computer networks engineering is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
