As an Account Cloud Engineer, you will partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customers' business problems. Your role will focus on driving customer consumption of Oracle Cloud services by facilitating the adoption process, including discovery, design, and deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with strategic customers and build leadership relationships across multiple levels within organizations to design and implement solutions.
- Gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into solutions while possibly implementing these solutions through code development and scripting.
- Create highly customized presentations and demonstrations to showcase product understanding at customer meetings, conferences, and events.
- Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through the production deployment of services, involving resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
- Develop and distribute technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a leading contributor for technical cloud solutions and customer success, identifying gaps and enhancements to inform engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
- Provide direction and mentoring to others, as needed.
- Maintain expertise by staying current with emerging technologies.
