Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the design, configuration, testing and conversion of interfaces between various healthcare IT systems across our customer base
  • Migrating data from legacy systems into their new system
  • Coordinating resources and tasks, tracking and troubleshooting issues, and following up on risks and escalations, reporting to the Workstream Lead and project’s PMO
  • Collaborating with other specialist teams to improve data connectivity and sharing for the benefit of customers
  • Working with partner organizations on the integration of third-party systems and migrating data from legacy systems
  • Providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to a team of Interface Engineers

Technical Expertise

  • Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry standards in healthcare IT, particularly related to data exchange protocols and interoperability standards (such as HL7, FHIR)
  • Supporting customer relationship managers and Oracle sales teams with bids and customer conversations related to interoperability and data migration

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience working with systems and solution integrations in the healthcare industry
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills to drive successful implementation and maintenance of interfaces connecting diverse healthcare systems and successful migration of legacy data
  • Fluent in English
