Responsibilities:
- Product Development and Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and perform backlog management for development teams.
- Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements. Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility and customer value.
- Market Research: Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate, and deliver solutions.
- Quality & Delivery: Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
- Excellent English communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Strong understanding of microservices and peer-to-peer systems, along with JavaScript.
- Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.
- Experience leading AI and peer-to-peer (P2P) projects is a plus.
- Hands-on development experience with JavaScript (e.g., frameworks like Node.js, React, or Angular) is a plus.
