Position

About the Job
The successful applicant will be required to drive channel sales revenue with assigned channel partners within the designated territory. This includes directly influencing customers and negotiating license sales in accordance with partner joint closing plans for each opportunity. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify suitable prospective partners and recruit new channel partners based on business needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly channel revenue targets.
  • Organize forecast and pipeline reviews with assigned partners to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Provide support and guidance to channel partners in developing their business plans aimed at generating incremental revenue and penetrating new markets.
  • Clearly articulate the value of Oracle NetSuite’s products and services and provide ongoing education to channel partners.
  • Maintain a trusted advisor relationship with partners and demonstrate initiative, creativity, and collaboration in supporting partners and prospects.

Requirements

  • Language skills: very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • 5+ years of direct and/or indirect enterprise software sales experience.
  • Proven success selling in a consultative/team environment to C-Level and end-user decision makers.
  • Knowledge and experience working in collaboration with channel partners/resellers.
  • Ability to create business plans with partners and support their execution.
  • Understanding of ERP business solutions and their benefits to support customer needs.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to build credibility at the C-Level.
  • Excellent solution-selling, negotiation, and influence skills.
  • Professional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory.
  • Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process, collaborating with team members in business development, consulting, and support.
  • Understand Oracle's product offerings and competitive landscape to develop comprehensive solution proposals.
  • Conduct onsite customer presentations with C-levels to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals.
  • Liaise with customer contacts to manage relationships, identify new opportunities, and maximize sales.

Required Skills

  • ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) knowledge.
