Position

Responsible for selling Oracle's enterprise application software and related services to and maintaining relationships with existing accounts in a defined territory. The primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and maintain relationships with existing accounts. Responsibilities also include managing sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, planning, and post-closure customer support. Additional tasks involve developing solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application and participating in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.

What You Will Do

  • Sell ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM & CX cloud solutions and related services to prospective and existing Oracle customers, driving increased revenues of our Cloud SaaS Applications across different accounts within your territory.
  • Develop a strategy and sales plan to address the designated territory coverage.
  • Drive the implementation of sales campaigns.
  • Generate and follow up on leads, qualifying leads, and prioritizing opportunities.
  • Identify and work with the appropriate people in Oracle and the Customer.
  • Work with and influence the activities of Oracle Partners as appropriate.
  • Maintain a complete and up-to-date understanding of competition in ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX, and influence the sales process for developing proactive and counter actions for winning deals.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of field sales experience with a focus on large strategic accounts, including applications sales experience.
  • Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills.
  • Successful sales track record.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and/or Oracle's competitors.
  • Interaction with C-level players.
  • Team player with the ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Travel may be needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
