About the Job
As a Principal Sales Consultant, you will act as the expert in formulating and leading presales technical and functional support activities for prospective clients and customers, ensuring their satisfaction. You will serve as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants, focusing on large or complex sales opportunities that require creative and bespoke solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants, delivering outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations, and leading all aspects of the technical sales process.
You will partner with the sales team throughout all stages of the sales cycle, articulating the business value of the SaaS - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Solution, leveraging industry knowledge to recommend innovative solutions that align with customer outcomes. A critical part of your role will be to ensure that customers' key business requirements are understood and addressed, while also focusing on overcoming obstacles to achieve desired outcomes. You will represent Oracle as a credible expert, providing product information through workshops and customer events, and drive strategic growth of ECEMEA Applications by actively contributing to the SE community.
Experience & Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of EPM Solution and previous public sector experience is mandatory
- Minimum of 12 years' experience as a pre-sales or implementation consultant in enterprise transformation projects
- Strong understanding of EPM solution interaction with other systems like ERP, Projects, Procurement, and Supply Chain
- Experience with EPM software implementation or demonstration (Oracle or SAP preferred)
- Previous roles in sales, pre-sales, product management, or consulting are advantageous
- Proven ability to leverage technology for innovation and familiarity with design thinking/customer journey mapping
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent is desirable
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%
