We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated leader to manage a team of technical subject matter experts in Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Manager, you will actively contribute to accelerating our customers' success by leading a highly skilled team that builds and maintains clients' technical landscapes through tailored support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of technical subject matter experts and functional consultants.
- Oversee the successful technical delivery of CSS contracts within designated customer accounts across one or more regions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, delivery account teams, and regional management to ensure effective solutions are implemented.
- Engage in service and product development activities to drive customer success.
- Foster strong relationships with partner organizations to enhance CSS delivery capacity.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT organizations.
- Proven experience in strategic resourcing and delivery management.
- Experience managing teams of 10 or more.
- Relevant technical knowledge and experience in Oracle Applications implementations, management, and support (full life-cycle).
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or extensive project management experience is advantageous.
- Experience working in multicultural environments, leveraging onshore and offshore teams.
Qualifications:
- MBA or PMP is recommended.
- Proven track record in customer management, engineering service scoping, and team leadership.
