Oracle Customer Success Services is committed to ensuring customer success through a wide range of services and solutions supported by certified and experienced implementers. Our focus is on providing a customer-centric delivery and support-integrated service in conjunction with Oracle Development. The CSS Global SaaS & Apps Delivery team is responsible for delivering technical services for all customer applications and software hosted in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), on-premises, or in hybrid environments. Our primary goal is to drive the adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure by showcasing our cloud technology's capabilities and providing high-quality engineering solutions that enhance the service experience for our customers.

We are looking for a Senior Siebel Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Siebel CRM applications that meet our organizational needs. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and quality assurance testers, ensuring the smooth integration and optimal performance of the CRM system. As a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will engage directly with customers on new implementations, migrations, and ongoing projects. Your role will involve addressing critical issues and escalations, all while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will have opportunities to work with advanced technologies and continuously enhance your skills through Oracle's learning opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams for seamless CRM integration.
  • Serve as a Technical SME for customer implementation and support projects.
  • Handle critical customer issues and escalations.
  • Engage in continuous learning and technological skill enhancement.

What You Bring:

  • 15+ years of experience with Oracle Siebel, including WebLogic and database administration.
  • Strong leadership and customer management skills.
  • Experience in installation, upgrade, migration, and patching of Siebel CRM applications.
  • Experience with direct customer interaction for business development.
  • Proficiency in Unix or Linux platforms and Windows.
  • Ability to work in a production support environment and flexibility for a 24x7 shift model.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Added Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience with CI/CD DevOps, including Python, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Cloud administration experience in OCI or other platforms like Azure and AWS.
  • Current certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Siebel technologies.
