Position

As an experienced Solution Architect on the Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team, you will work with Oracle's world-class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure. In this role, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing, planning, and delivering solution-specific requests and projects both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

You will utilize your troubleshooting skills to investigate front-end application issues, gather information, employ troubleshooting tools, shadow end users, and test workflows. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials throughout the project lifecycle. Your ultimate goal is to achieve incident resolution, maintain applications, and deliver measurable value outcomes that enhance care delivery.

Location: ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, focusing on Registration, Scheduling, Core, and integrated solution modules
  • Proven experience in creating and troubleshooting PM rules, conversations, Scheduling key chains, and application groups
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in interface creation and related scripting
  • Experience in Support or Application Managed Services organization
  • At least 3+ years of software implementation work experience
  • At least 3+ years of healthcare information technology work experience

Work Conditions:

  • Travel need will be based on business (10% - 20%)
  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
