Key Responsibilities:

System Architecture Design: Develop and document the overall system architecture, ensuring alignment with project objectives, operational requirements, and stakeholder needs.

Requirements and Design Management: Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system-level design and performance. Ensure end-to-end traceability and compliance with contractual, operational, and regulatory requirements.

Integration and Interoperability: Lead the integration of hardware and software components across subsystems to ensure seamless interoperability. Establish integration protocols for signaling, rolling stock, passenger information systems, and control systems.

Testing and Commissioning: Develop and implement testing strategies and commissioning plans for validating the system architecture and subsystem integration. Oversee factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and system-level commissioning activities.

Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance to multidisciplinary teams, including contractors and vendors. Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure system design, integration, and commissioning activities comply with international standards such as IEC, ISO, IEEE, and EN.

Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and system optimization throughout the project lifecycle. Incorporate emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance system performance and reliability.
