About the Job
We are seeking an experienced ERP Architect to design, implement, and oversee our ERP systems. The ERP Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive ERP strategy that aligns with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems, architecture, and integration, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect ERP solutions that meet business requirements and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define ERP strategies and roadmaps.
- Oversee the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Lead the development of ERP modules and customizations to enhance functionality.
- Conduct system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the ERP development team.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within ERP systems.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to leverage their expertise and resources.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP architecture, processes, and configurations.
- Define service level agreements (SLAs) and change management processes to ensure that changes are planned, tested, and implemented effectively, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service performance and report on a bi-weekly basis to all stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive functional and technical specifications, ensuring scalability, data integrity, and alignment with regulatory compliance and organizational goals.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP.
- Proven experience as an ERP Architect or in a similar senior role.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proficiency in ERP programming languages and tools (e.g., SQL, Java, Python).
- Strong understanding of business processes and their integration within ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Team management and development experience.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation mindset.
- Public Cloud relevant experience (Azure, OCI).
- Proven track record of successful ERP project implementation.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, and HCM modules.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of industry-specific ERP applications and solutions.
- Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate, Oracle Certified Master).
