We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the installation and integration of CCTV systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our values of quality and customer satisfaction. Your empathetic approach will help foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and delivered on time.
- Utilize technical acumen to drive discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
- Collaborate with teams to develop project roadmaps and establish milestones for timely execution.
- Oversee all phases of CCTV project implementation from initiation to closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, incorporating schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Ensure seamless installation and integration of CCTV systems.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns with empathy.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for security systems.
- Act as the primary liaison with infrastructure vendors to ensure quality-driven service delivery.
- Evaluate project specifications and documents to establish comprehensive project schedules.
- Establish a support and maintenance framework for deployed smart city solutions.
- Drive standardization of tools and processes for project delivery.
- Track action items, manage issues, and prioritize tasks.
- Foster a supportive environment for team members and encourage professional growth.
- Comply with QHSE, Business Continuity, Information Security, and related policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in managing technical projects, particularly in Analytics, Security, or Surveillance systems.
- Proven experience in project delivery in Analytics and/or AI-driven projects.
- Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
