About the Job
Presight is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Program Manager to serve as the primary business contact between Presight and its customers. This role involves supporting all initiatives and customer requests through effective account management, project management, and in-depth product knowledge. As a Program Manager, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end delivery of projects and programs to the customer through all deal phases.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer requirements and needs are clearly understood, met, and final delivery is made effectively on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for specific customer matters and develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors by understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
- Utilize project management methodologies to provide milestones and timelines, setting expectations with customer teams prior to new project initiatives.
- Take ownership of customer retention, sales, revenue generation, and project management activities.
- Ensure solution environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity, ensuring high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
- Accelerate customer adoption of Presight by leading the implementation journey.
- Engage customers in developing reporting elements, scheduling, establishing guidelines, and setting milestones to measure success.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies, executing all processes and procedures within agreed timeframes at defined quality standards.
- Utilize technical acumen to drive discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
- Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, prelaunch planning, post-sales, and consultative expertise.
- Efficiently address customer issues, following predefined escalation processes for any problems that may arise.
- Design and develop bi-weekly presentations ('Demo for customers') for the General Manager, CTO, and other stakeholders.
- Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, solution/product delivery in an AI service organization or analytics platforms & technologies.
- Previous or current experience in the financial sector is a must.
- PMP certification from PMI is required.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
