The Opportunity

Are you a qualified and proficient Senior Data Scientist with proven experience in the emergency management field and the ability to drive business growth & operational efficiency? Presight AI needs your skills to develop and deliver diverse AI products — technologies involved including, but not limited to, route planning, image/video analysis, voice to text, natural language processing, and cyber security. You get to play a critical role in shaping the growth trajectory of Presight and support the development of their cutting edge, next-gen analytics solutions & services.

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 3-4 data scientists to analyze and evaluate the potential AI features of the product.
  • Guide the team to analyze data and train AI models to implement these features.
  • Responsible for the performance of the models to meet the deployment scale and real-time requirements of the product.
• Functional:
  • Lead a 3-4 data scientists team to develop algorithms and AI models using machine learning technologies.
  • Design the best route planning in the emergency situation based on the weight of each factor.
  • Realtime video analysis to perceive abnormal situations and trigger alarms.
  • Develop and optimize various computer vision and deep learning models for different features.
  • Text analysis using NLP techniques.
  • Work closely with clients to analyze the feasibility of new requirements.
  • Create POCs focused on Deep Learning as well as other traditional approaches within Data Science.
  • Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in mathematics, computer science, automation, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in data science conducting AI-driven projects.
  • Familiar with the latest cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies.
  • Ability to work under relatively high project delivery pressure.
  • Willing to take the responsibility of AI technologies in the project as a leader.
• Ideally, you’ll also need:
  • PhD in mathematics, computer science, or related field.
  • More than three successful project experiences.
  • Led a team of 2-3 data scientists.
  • Highly data-focused and investigative approach to problem-solving.
  • In-depth domain and market knowledge.
