Saudi Market IT Manager

About the Job:
We are currently seeking a Saudi Market IT Manager to join our team in Jeddah, focused on Business Unit-specific deliverables. At Procter & Gamble (P&G), our IT teams play a crucial role in enabling our business. Together, we strive for increased efficiency, digitization, breakthrough innovation, and enhanced protection against security threats for our users and brands. From Day 1, you will be the manager of your domain, utilizing your skills and ideas to support, develop, and improve IT solutions for the business. Your contributions will have a meaningful impact on business results and steer the direction of your space to new heights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Ensure that all local and regionally deployed programs/projects are executed effectively, adhering to best project management practices.
• Product Management: Develop solutions/products when existing ones do not meet business needs, which may include engaging outside vendors or in-house development.
• Data & Analytics: Work with various data types and large datasets generated within the market. Provide business users with accurate, timely data that is accessible and supports swift business insights and actions.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer/Information Technology Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Data Engineering.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Infrastructure (Databricks, Data Factory, Azure SQL).
• Proficient in Python and common Data libraries.
• Basic understanding of Data Models (RDBMS, Delta tables).
• Strong knowledge of PowerBI, with analytics and data visualization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good social skills with a self-motivated, dynamic approach and a can-do mentality.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in demonstrating technology & data solutions to solve business problems in large enterprises.

Language Requirements:

• Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication).
