About the Job:
We are currently looking for a Saudi Market IT Manager to join our team in Jeddah, focused on Business Unit-specific deliverables. At Procter & Gamble, our IT teams are the enablers of our business. This role empowers you to be the manager of your domain from Day 1, allowing you to implement your skills and ideas to support, develop, and enhance IT solutions that drive business results and shape the direction of your area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Ensure local and regionally deployed programs/projects are delivered effectively, adhering to best project management practices.
- Product Management: Develop solutions/products to meet business needs, which may involve engaging outside vendors for Software as a Service or creating in-house.
- Data & Analytics: Work with various data types and large datasets to provide accurate, timely information to business users, facilitating quick insights and actions.
Job Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer/Information Technology Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Data Engineering.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Infrastructure (Databricks, Data Factory, Azure SQL).
- Proficiency in Python and common data libraries; basic understanding of Data Models (RDBMS, Delta tables).
- Strong knowledge of PowerBI, with analytics and data visualization skills.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Good social skills, self-motivated, dynamic, and able to balance multiple priorities.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in using technology and data to solve business problems in large enterprises.
