As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for independently developing features and improving our native applications. This role provides the opportunity to significantly influence project outcomes and take ownership of your work while collaborating with a talented cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Coroutines.
- Optimize app performance and implement reusable components.
- Write clean, maintainable code and ensure compliance with technical best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product management and designers on features and ideas.
- Own performance benchmarking, monitoring, and optimization.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Android developer.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Coroutines.
- Strong understanding of app standards, UI/UX best practices, and accessibility in apps.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Self-directed, analytical, and highly responsible team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Other Capabilities:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with A/B Testing and Feature Flags.
