As part of our mission at Property Finder, we are looking for a Professional Data Engineer to enhance our data engineering capabilities. You will support junior team members and drive the development and maintenance of sophisticated data solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business strategies. Our technology stack includes SQL and Python, orchestration tools like Dagster and Airflow, and data storage solutions such as Snowflake, Redshift, Clickhouse, and S3, complemented by AWS services for infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex ETL solutions for large datasets.
- Optimize SQL and/or Python code for performance.
- Design and maintain data models for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipeline performance.
- Build and maintain self-service datasets.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure, implementing best practices for version control and collaboration in Terraform.
Desired Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
- Proficient in SQL and Python.
- Experience with cloud data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and AWS services (S3, DMS, Glue, Athena, EKS).
- Proven experience in data warehousing and dimensional data modeling.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Experience with orchestration tools (Dagster, Airflow).
Other Capabilities:
- Familiarity with Terraform.
- Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB.
- Knowledge of streaming frameworks (AWS Kinesis, Kafka).
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
