About the Job:
As a Director of Solution Engineering, you will work closely with Sales Leaders and the Sales team to drive growth and strategically advance our journey. This position is integral to the Solution Engineering Leadership Team, where you will manage a talented team to drive transformational change and foster engagement at the CXO level.
You will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a strong ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders. Your experience should reflect a track record of successful C-level relationship management, driving revenue through transformational thinking and leadership, and effective people and organizational leadership.
The Director will act as an authority in business strategy, AI, data, analytics, and cloud enterprise architecture, employing consultative approaches to engage customers and support their transformation journeys. This role focuses on establishing robust partnerships with strategic customers and implementing data analytics strategies that deliver substantial value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the Solution Engineering team, focusing on talent retention and growth.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to support commercial deals and attract new business.
- Drive innovation within the team’s approach to solution selling.
- Cultivate C-level relationships across key accounts to reinforce partnerships.
- Enhance customer engagement by influencing broader IT strategies.
- Develop and execute growth plans in alignment with our strategic vision.
- Hire top talent and manage performance for career growth and succession planning.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Minimum of 8 years in leadership roles, particularly in Solution Engineering or Pre-Sales.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their application in enterprise environments.
- Proven track record in data, AI, and enterprise architecture solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Ability to simplify complex technological and business concepts.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning, including configuration and automation.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Chief Data Office or Chief Data Scientist roles.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data, AI, and Analytics technologies.
- Familiarity with various analytics platforms and cloud services.
- Insight into data security and compliance regulations.
