As the Lead Technical Architect at Salesforce, you will serve as a pre-sales customer-facing enterprise domain expert. Your role will involve applying broad technical skills, industry knowledge, and deep business acumen to support sales teams in developing value propositions that align with customers' business strategies focused on digital transformation and cloud adoption.
You will act as a subject matter expert in various categories, including business strategy, application architecture, data & information, integration, security, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, distributed platforms, mobile, and analytics. Using a consultative approach, you will identify the necessary Salesforce and third-party technologies to incorporate into customer-driven architectures.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building trust with CIO/CTO/Architects and their teams as they transition to cloud architecture.
- Presenting Salesforce technology infrastructure, showcasing your expertise in the platform's capabilities, security, and integration options.
- Understanding customer needs and establishing the company's product as the optimal solution.
- Conducting architecture and technical workshops while managing customer technical due diligence and risk management processes.
- Collaborating with other Salesforce departments to develop and execute programs and initiatives.
- Assisting sales teams with RFP responses and technical documents.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Multi-year experience in software, system, or enterprise architecture disciplines.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles of cloud-based platforms such as SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy, and multi-tiered infrastructure.
