About the Job

Salesforce is seeking a Principal, Data Cloud Solution Engineer to help inspire the future of business with AI, Data, and CRM. With a strong focus on delivering customer success through innovative technology, this role will contribute to the evolution of Salesforce's flagship Data Cloud and Customer 360 Platform. You will be responsible for driving value to customers while integrating complex customer data architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and conduct meetings to drive the entire opportunity lifecycle from technical discovery to closure.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to prioritize and develop industry-specific use cases.
  • Implement programs to efficiently scale technical evaluations of Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Advocate for key product features needed for success through customer feedback.
  • Develop technical assets that drive business outcomes to accelerate adoption.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to guide messaging and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer-facing solutioning for Data, Analytics, AI (ML/RAG), and CRM.
  • Full-stack technical qualifications with a strong background in CRM and Data Architecture.
  • Experience in managing technical relationships with C-Level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate complex data architectures for customer value.
  • Exposure to hyperscale data providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is desirable.
