Senior Director, Solution Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Solutions Engineering team, creating a high-performing and diversified group with complementary skills.
• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.
• Ensure the team designs and demonstrates impactful solutions that align with customer success.
• Develop innovative go-to-market strategies that enhance organizational productivity and collaboration.
• Serve as a role model by embodying Salesforce values, promoting excellence and innovation within your team.

Skills and Experience:

• Over 10 years of experience in leadership roles within strategy, management consulting, or sales organizations.
• Proven expertise in managing high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Experience in solution leadership particularly in manufacturing, automotive, utilities, energy, and retail industries.
• Strong customer-centric approach with a track record of engaging C-level executives.
• Technical proficiency in cloud computing technologies and IT architecture.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic and English.
