Position

As a Senior Manager in Solution Engineering at Salesforce, you will work closely with Sales Leaders and the Sales team to drive growth and take a strategic view to optimize our journey. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Solution Engineering Leadership Team and will leverage extensive experience in managing teams to drive transformational change and build engagement at the CXO level.

You will possess exceptional leadership, communication, strategic, analytical, and consulting skills. A strong track record in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, particularly with C-level executives, is critical. The ideal candidate will also have a talent for transformational thinking and leadership, guiding the business through innovation and disruptive strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a high-skilled, diverse Solution Engineering team.
  • Drive success in large, complex selling organizations and support commercial deals alongside Sales leadership.
  • Focus on innovation and ensure the team continuously innovates in solution selling.
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships across key accounts.
  • Enhance Customer Engagement by influencing broader IT strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop and execute growth plans aligned with strategic vision.
  • Hire and develop talent while ensuring effective succession planning.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Over 5 years in leadership roles within Solution Engineering or Pre-Sales.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise application implementation.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific use cases and integration patterns.
  • Gifted storyteller capable of engaging C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence change in large organizations.
  • Passion for technology and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Computing and its business benefits.
  • Technical expertise in CRM, including Customer Service and Field Services applications, Loyalty Management, Analytics, and Real-time Personalization.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Salesforce Service and Field Service is advantageous.
  • Language Requirement: Fluency in Arabic and English.
