Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to join our Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group (CSG). In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product expert to our largest, most complex enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with customers and partners during project cycles, driving solutions, and providing guidance during implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure scalable and standard methodology solutions to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Guide the evaluation of business and technical requirements.
- Build relationships with key collaborators and team members.
- Act as the lead architect for overall engagements by coordinating and aligning the work of multiple architects on the team.
- Align with project and engagement managers to support planning and implementation.
- Review and guide project vision and direction, implementation approaches, and key artifacts.
- Direct early solution evaluations and manage issues effectively.
- Provide hands-on application configuration as required.
- Mentor diverse teams in both technical delivery and non-technical topics.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, innovations, and volunteer activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience in major software domains (e.g., CRM, ERP).
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
- Experience guiding customers in deploying emerging technologies.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.
- Proficiency in English AND Arabic.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detailed understanding of Web Services, Data Modeling, and enterprise application integration concepts.
- Experience as a Senior Architect and/or CTO in a mid to large-sized organization.
- Experience with delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform.
