As a Slack Specialist Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in revolutionizing how our customers collaborate and drive productivity. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with key executives, driving complex sales cycles, and delivering high-impact presentations that showcase Slack’s unique value proposition.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to manage multi-stakeholder deal cycles and address diverse business challenges.
  • Lead the discovery process by identifying customer pain points and aligning solutions with their business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that highlight Slack’s differentiated story.
  • Develop Slack-based solutions that deliver significant business impact and value to customers.
  • Ensure customers are informed about Slack’s industry-leading security measures.
  • Assist customers throughout the evaluation process to ensure our solutions meet their business and technical requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between Product, Marketing, and Sales, providing customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Recommended 2+ years of experience in sales engineering or solution consulting within a SaaS organization, particularly with a focus on Enterprise customers.
  • Experience positioning Slack for software engineering teams and at least one other line of business or industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
  • A consultative approach to solving customer challenges and a proven track record of overcoming technical and security objections.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem and an ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving market.
