Role: Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our Customer Success Team in Saudi. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the sharpest minds in the industry, shaping the future of an Indian security product trusted by some of the world's largest and most security-conscious organizations.
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the Customer Success Team by engaging with clients for their technical and functional rollouts related to Seclore. This role involves planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion. You should possess the ability to identify multiple solutions to challenges and assist in decision-making in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring successful technical deployment, functional rollout, and user enablement.
- Interact with the sales/pre-sales team for handovers and customer onboarding.
- Setup and lead kick-off meetings with the client, agreeing on timelines, creating project plans, and obtaining necessary sign-offs.
- Record risks related to deployment, create mitigation plans, and manage customer and team communications regarding project delivery.
- Ensure that all milestones are completed on time and manage change related to the Scope of Work/Deployment Architecture.
- Facilitate a smooth transition of projects to Customer Success Managers with complete documentation.
- Suggest innovative ideas to enhance project management effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Product support, Product Management, and engineering teams, with potential travel to customer locations (40-50% of the time).
Qualifications and Experience:
- BE/B Tech/MSc (Computer Science)/MCA.
- 7-12 years of experience, with 5-7 years managing Implementation Projects.
- Experience in managing Implementation Projects in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) or Security Products.
- Strong background in engaging with top management and cross-functional teams within customer organizations.
- Preference for hands-on, techno-functional candidates.
- Good understanding of IT landscapes in large and medium organizations.
- Project Management Qualification (PMP/CAPM/Prince 2) is advantageous.
