This role is for a Technical Consultant in Riyadh, requiring 3-8 years of experience and a background in computer science or a related field. Responsibilities

  • Understand and document the customer infrastructure.
  • Create architectural diagrams of Seclore's setup in customer environments.
  • Manage multiple technical deployments with varying complexities simultaneously.
  • Gain expertise and thoroughly understand Seclore products.
  • Handle technical implementation and product upgrades.
  • Engage in technical discussions with client IT teams.
  • Learn about new concepts introduced by customers.
  • Understand customer technical implementation processes.
  • Conduct testing of new features before their production deployment.
  • Collaborate with the support and engineering teams.
  • Train users in IT systems.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding and interpretation skills of client architecture to create design and architecture documents for the implementation of Seclore products.
  • Proficient with web servers and application servers (e.g., Apache, Tomcat, IIS, WebLogic) including configuration parameters.
  • Knowledge of SSL, Exchange, DNS; understanding of basic firewall concepts, DMZ, proxy, and reverse proxy.
  • Proactive thinking with a “can-do” attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with operating systems (Server OS, Windows 8, 8.1, 10, Linux).
  • Industry certifications such as MCSE, MCP, RHEL.
  • Understanding of databases like Oracle/MSSQL, and LDAP.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
