About the Job
ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Success Architect to join our outstanding Customer Success Team. In this role, you will act as a transformation-maker who drives successful digital transformations for our customers. You will leverage your vast experience and bring best practices, methodologies, and tools to help organizations utilize our innovative ServiceNow Platform effectively.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer success, which is encapsulated in the mantra, “If our customers are successful, we are successful!" You will deliver consultancy and services to Fortune 500 (F500) companies, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor in areas such as Vision & Strategy, Roadmap Development, Partner Management, Implementation Strategy, Value Management, Governance, and Product Adoption.

You will manage a portfolio of 1-3 customers, organizing your work autonomously while also facilitating collaboration within the ServiceNow account team. Your goal will be to achieve tangible value from digital transformations, resulting in high customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

  • A passion for working with customers.
  • Fluency in both C-level Arabic and English.
  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in a professional services environment or relevant education/experience.
  • Experience in advisory roles focused on technology-enabled transformations (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software).
  • Familiarity with F100-1000 accounts and depth in digital transformation design, implementation, and management.
  • Expertise in one industry, with knowledge in one or two additional domains.
  • Background in IT, HR, or Global Business Services (GBS) transformation.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain executive relationships with CxO and business line leaders, including managing expectations.
  • Experience in identifying and achieving business outcomes and goals.
  • Proven serving experience in client account leadership teams.
  • Developed partnerships with large consultancies and technology implementation firms.
  • Right to work in Saudi Arabia.
