ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture Team. This role is integral to our pre-sales organization, where you will build credibility and trust with technical leaders in our largest customers through the development of cross-functional strategies and solutions.
As an Enterprise Architect, you will bring technical expertise, real-world experience, and strong executive engagement skills to help our customers understand the potential of our solutions. You will act as a technical leader on complex solutions to ensure customers realize the value they need, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customer executives to identify pain points and opportunities, translating them into solutions from ServiceNow.
- Lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how ServiceNow meets the needs of strategic customers.
- Understand customer business strategies and articulate how ServiceNow can deliver value and integrate into existing technology landscapes.
- Define ServiceNow service architecture framework and principles.
- Foster executive relationships throughout the customer journey and understand their challenges.
- Collaborate with partners to align visions and co-create strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a pre-sales or delivery-focused role, influencing senior technology leaders to drive change.
- Expertise in designing and managing advanced architectures, particularly in cloud-based platforms.
- Excellent understanding of architectural principles and multiple technical domains.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling proposals.
- Experienced in presenting architectural concepts to technology leaders and partners.
