Technology Governance Manager

As a Technology Governance Manager at Sundus, you will be responsible for developing frameworks to align technology decisions with business strategy and organizational culture. Your role will involve streamlining, optimizing, maintaining, and updating processes and documentation within the Technology Department, including developing and updating processes for cloud readiness.

Key responsibilities include optimizing and managing a central repository while enabling process modeling notation (BPMN) in line with the environment. You will ensure that technology processes and standards align with international standards and national regulations such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, PCI-DSS, and NESA, while maintaining the respective IMS certifications.

In this position, you will also manage and drive technology governance performance measurement, ensuring timely and accurate generation, review, and delivery of periodic reports for the department's performance. Additionally, you will oversee assigned projects related to technology governance and performance, as well as conduct information security awareness eLearning and awareness sessions on specific technology processes for all technology staff.
