About the Job:
We currently have an urgent opening for a Product Architect with over 12 years of experience at Synechron in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and innovative enterprise solutions, particularly with a focus on incorporating AI technologies.

Language Requirement: Arabic speaker preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Java and related frameworks such as Spring Framework for backend solutions and Angular/React for frontend development to meet business and technical needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define architectural approaches, and ensure technical alignment.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical leadership to guide teams through complex development projects.
- Drive the adoption and adherence to SDLC best practices.
- Define and oversee infrastructure and networking architecture to support scalable and secure applications.
- Leverage AWS services to build cost-effective, secure, and highly available cloud-based solutions.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise application architectures to enhance functionality and business value.
- Evaluate and implement AI frameworks, tools, and models for tasks such as natural language processing, predictive analytics, and automation.
- Define and oversee enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and future growth leveraging TOGAF principles.
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and security protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise architecture, AI, and software development.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certifications: AWS Solution Architect Certified (Associate or Professional level), TOGAF Certified.
- Technical Skills:
- 12+ years of extensive experience in software development and enterprise and products solutions architecture and design.
- Extensive experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot Frameworks for backend, and Angular and React frameworks for frontend.
- Extensive experience in Kafka, RabbitMQ, Restful Microservices, SOAP, SQL, MySQL vs MongoDB vs PostgreSQL, OAuth2, JWT, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, CI/CD.
- Experience in aligning technology strategies with business objectives.
- Expertise in SDLC processes and methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of infrastructure and networking architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including architecture design and implementation.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker, or Google AI.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Ability to mentor and guide development teams and junior architects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
