Product Manager

We have an immediate vacancy for a Product Manager with more than 9 years of experience at Synechron in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Description:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our technical products.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs to inform product direction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical challenges and translate them into product features and requirements.
• Make informed decisions about technical trade-offs and priorities.
• Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product is intuitive and user-friendly.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Engage with customers and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience required.

• Good AI background.
• Excellent technical acumen with the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading successful product launches.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
