Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our Information Technology department in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The CIO will oversee the management of extensive IT and product infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining security, stability, and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
  • Technology Management: Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, software applications, and networks to ensure optimal performance. Develop, document, and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure all IT systems adhere to regulatory standards and are protected against cybersecurity threats by collaborating closely with the compliance and cybersecurity departments.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
  • Innovation: Identify and implement new technologies that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other executives to align IT systems with the company's goals.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the FinTech industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of software development, system architecture, and emerging technologies.
  • Strategic Vision: Strong ability to align technological advancements with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and decision-making at a strategic level.
