We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to drive success as part of our International Support team. In this role, you will provide functional and technical expertise, incident resolution, and application maintenance for our main health products, including Direct Care - Capacity Management, Direct Care - BMDI, and Direct Care - MDi.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and plan issue resolutions both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
  • Perform investigations of front-end applications.
  • Create and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Travel up to 25%.
  • Participate in on-call support as needed.
  • Willing to work from the Oracle office 5 days per week.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT, with a MUST to have experience in Oracle Health Millennium Blood Bank, Microbiology, Helix, and Anatomic Pathology. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
  • At least 2 years of customer service work experience.
  • Fluent English skills.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Visa sponsorship is available; however, relocation costs are not covered.
  • Employees are expected to work from the Oracle office 5 days per week.
  • Travel up to 25% may be required.
