What’s On Your Plate?
- Ensure parity on deals, promotions, and discounts at the store level is implemented in the Talabat app across all vendors
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Marketing to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly in line with the marketing calendar
- Ensure all deals, discounts, and promotions are accurately visualized in the app (swimlanes, category icons, banners, etc.)
- Collaborate with FMCG/CPG companies to implement exclusive deals for partners in Talabat
- Maximize daily orders by working with vendors on deals, promotions, bundles, and discounts
- Forecast promotions and bundles accurately and share with all vendor stakeholders to avoid out-of-stock incidents
- Plan with Account Managers and Marketing for correct visibility and timeline implementation of campaigns
- Conduct periodic trade visits to assess new launches, existing promotions, brand activation initiatives and implement them on our platform
- Assess each campaign, promotion, discount, and bundle; prepare closing reports for each
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders for insights and results aligned with corporate objectives
- Liaise with local marketing teams on asset and budget allocation
- Share insights and data on campaign performance
- Analyze data and performance metrics related to user behavior, engagement, and conversion on VLPs
- Monitor performance of in-app banners, swimlanes, promotions, and other VLP components
- Collaborate with the content team to perform A/B testing on banners and app elements for data-driven recommendations
- Identify opportunities for additional revenue generation and support/manage the execution of growth projects
What Did We Order?
- 2-3 years of experience in Trade Sales in Grocery Retail or FMCG, with trade marketing experience as a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (outgoing personality)
- Experience in project management against set deliverables
- Ability to prioritize and organize workloads independently when required
- Team player with the ability to work across different multimedia platforms and departments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze research projects
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
