About the opportunity
Proactive joint business planning driving value creation & constant growth with top-tier love brands and local accounts. Lead strategic projects at the emirate or UAE level that will benefit the total city community and/or country. Foster and lead by example a culture of sharing best-in-class projects with a wider team for reapplication, highlighting strong planning & execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and support your juniors in understanding and achieving key performance indicators and company objectives.
  • Conduct business reviews with assigned top-tier love brands and local accounts, identifying opportunities and relationships that result in increased revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Maintain continuous business relationships with restaurants, providing excellent service and support to build strong relationships and resolve operational issues.
  • Increase TGO shares by switching restaurants to our own delivery.
  • Optimize restaurant menu photos, promotions, advertisement sales, and methods transmission.
  • Handle commission rate renegotiations and build new commercial relationships by renewing existing contacts.
  • Manage advertisement sales: acquiring and maintaining pictures from brand menus, branding Talabat stickers at restaurants, banners, and newsletters.
  • Generate food coupons, promotions, and vouchers from existing restaurants while encouraging restaurants to subscribe to the online payment gateway and digitalization services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including closed sales, follow-up activities, sales expense reports, and account management reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years experience in Sales/Account Management.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate flexibility in working.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient Excel skills.
  • Experience as a Sales SME across the sales journey with the ability to coach and guide others in the City Sales team.
