HCM Solution Architect

About the Job:
This full-time on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an HCM Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors.

Job Description:
Required Technical Skill Set:

• SAP ERP HCM + SuccessFactors

  • Must-Have:
    • Experience implementing a hybrid solution model involving ERP HCM (now HCM for S/4HANA) with SuccessFactors.
    • Played an architecture role in deploying SAP HCM Solution using the hybrid model stated above.
    • SAP certified in ERP HCM, SF - Employee Central, and Talent suite (at least two to three modules such as Onboarding, Compensation, Succession).
    • Public sector experience in the ME Region is an added advantage.
    • Must be able to read, write, and speak Arabic and English.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating and defending solutions with large stakeholders including SAP.

• Good-to-Have:

  • SAP Activate certified

Responsibilities/Expectations from the Role:

• Customer interaction for requirement gathering.
• Address and resolve customer queries.
• Complete ownership of end-to-end solution.
• Support testing, data migration, and integration.
