SAP Program Director

About the Job:
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an SAP Program Director to lead an end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation project. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals, develop and manage the project plan (including scope, schedule, and budget), and coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of SAP S/4 HANA modules.
• Manage risk, operations transformation, and systems integration.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and consultants to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams and with C-level executives.
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and negotiate statements of work, create project milestones, and handle financial reporting.
• Evaluate, plan, and drive organizational change using effective tools and processes.
