SAP Program Manager

The SAP Program Manager will lead the end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals. Responsibilities include developing and managing the project plan, coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the configuration and customization of SAP S/4 HANA modules, and managing risks and operations transformation. The Program Manager will also mentor a team of project managers and consultants, ensuring effective communication across teams and with C-level executives. Other tasks involve managing Agile and Scrum methodologies, negotiating statements of work, creating milestones, handling financial reporting, and driving organizational changes.
