Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, customization, and support of Oracle SCM Cloud modules.
- Configure Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), Advanced Procurement, WMS, Manufacturing, and Planning (ASCP, Demantra, GOP, etc.).
- Develop and customize Oracle Reports (BI Publisher), SQL/PLSQL scripts, interfaces, extensions (RICEW), and APIs.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to provide end-to-end solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Support data migration, integrations (Oracle Integration Cloud - OIC, SOA, REST/SOAP APIs), and enhancements.
- Develop test cases, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide training to business users.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle SCM Cloud features and industry best practices.
Technologies Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Cloud or Oracle EBS (R12).
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and XML/OTBI reporting.
- Experience in developing and integrating customizations using APIs, Web Services, and OIC.
- Functional expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Inventory Management.
- Strong knowledge of data migration (FBDI, ADFdi, HDL) and interface development.
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting Oracle SCM applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Oracle Cloud or EBS certification is a plus.
