About the Job
As a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant at Tookitaki, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our sales team to engage clients and prospects, deeply understanding their needs and demonstrating how Tookitaki’s platform addresses complex financial crime challenges. Your responsibilities will include leading in-depth discussions, addressing technical inquiries, and delivering impactful workshops, presentations, and product demos. You will clearly communicate Tookitaki’s value proposition while seamlessly transitioning between business and technical perspectives.
You will also lead the proposal development and RFx processes, creating persuasive and tailored proposals that highlight Tookitaki’s unique value. Assisting in the preparation of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilots to meet client requirements will also be a key part of your role. Internal collaboration with teams including product, engineering, marketing, security, and implementation is essential to delivering effective customer experiences and providing valuable market feedback that influences the product roadmap and strategy.
Additionally, you will represent Tookitaki at industry events, sharing your expertise on financial crime prevention and technology trends while conducting competitive analysis and staying updated on regulatory compliance requirements. Your success will be measured by your ability to respond to RFPs/RFIs on time, increase qualified leads conversion to customers, and strengthen internal collaboration through the creation of reusable assets and sales enablement training.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in PreSales, Solution Consulting/Engineering, Product Management, or Technical Sales in fintech, regtech, or financial services.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong understanding of financial crime and fraud prevention solutions (Risk, Anti-Financial Crime, Anti-Fraud, AML, KYC, CDD, EDD) and the regulatory landscape.
- Proven experience in leading product demos, managing RFP/RFI processes, and creating customized proposals.
- Exceptional technical presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
