• Play the role of a technical analyst / system coordinator within the payment services
• Gather detailed requirements from business users for large scale projects and/or enhancements to existing products
• Interface with IT infrastructure teams, departmental SMEs and Project teams to ensure that business requirements are met
• Articulate and document business requirements for projects, change requests etc.
• Manage vendor service level and quality of delivery and development
• Oversee and direct, in conjunction with the respective Systems Analysts / Programmers or the analysis of business requirements, development of functional and program specifications, relational database design, programming, testing, implementation and documentation for all payment applications
• Coordination between project and business teams during the execution of projects and tasks
• Provide business with required technical support, assessments, and reports
• Propose technical recommendations and improvements
• Mitigate risks and close audit points if any on the applications and processes
• Manage multiple initiatives and track projects/BAU requests/ CRs to closure
• Closely monitor the incidents tickets and problem tickets and close them before the breach of SLA
