We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Architect to join our CX team, focusing specifically on enhancing the user experience for one of the UAE's leading banking institutions.
In this strategic role, you will conduct user research and usability testing to uncover vital insights, forming the basis of your recommendations for UX improvements. This position concentrates on research and insight-driven strategies, with no visual design responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research and Testing: Plan and execute moderated user testing sessions and other research methods to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience Definition: Utilize insights to define user journeys, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes. Develop strategic recommendations for refining key banking products.
- Data Analysis and Experimentation: Analyze behavioral data using UX analytics tools, support A/B testing, and develop detailed test plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Follow a cyclical process of research, definition, testing, and optimization to advocate for a customer-centered approach to UX design.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 5+ years in defining and improving user experiences on large-scale digital projects, emphasizing user research and UX strategy.
- Strong ability to translate user insights into clear recommendations, including wireframes and user journey documentation.
- Familiarity with tools like Axure for prototyping and journey definition is a plus.
- Experience working on financial services projects or in complex, multi-stakeholder environments is essential.
