The Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to execution.
- Develop informational architecture flows, create user personas, customer journey maps, and other UX documentation.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Interpret and translate wireframes into tangible and compelling experiences.
- Expertise in creating comprehensive design systems, including reusable component libraries, to streamline design processes and implementing nested component architectures for modular design and customization.
- Collaborate closely with development teams for seamless integration of design components.
- Create documentation and guidelines for effective usage of design system components.
- Ability to be both hands-on and provide clear direction to others.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work experience and design projects.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
