Currently operating in 45 cities across Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia, with recent expansions into France, Canada, and Sub-Saharan Africa, Yassir has raised ~$200M in funding from VCs around the world. The company offers on-demand services such as ride-hailing and last-mile delivery, and is now introducing financial services to help users pay, save, and borrow digitally, contributing to the digital economy in Africa.
About the Role
We are looking for an Agile Coach to help transition our projects to a true agile framework from the top-down. You will be responsible for adapting processes to rapidly changing environments and guiding Yassir's growth. This position requires exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase the agile aptitude, incremental thinking skills, and self-organization of cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with other agile coaches, development teams, tech guides, and product managers to create an environment of high autonomy and critical thinking
- Coach and train development teams and product managers on effective agile practices, motivating them for high performance and engagement
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Agile Coaching
- Track record of promoting transparency, empowerment, and continuous improvement
- Ability to guide teams toward self-organization and agile maturity through ideation and innovation
- Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English
